I now know why I couldn't capture headlight trails. The Fuji has a top dial that was rotated to continuous shooting even though the front dial was set to single. Too many dial functions. I also learned yesterday how to lock the top dials down after discovering that I was shooting in Bulb mode. Sheesh.
